WHOLESALE ORDERS

Our wholesale program is available to approved retailers and organizations purchasing products in larger quantities.

Opening Order Minimum: $300
Reorder Minimum: $150

Wholesale pricing is available on eligible products and may vary depending on the product, quantity, and customization requested.

CUSTOM DESIGNS FOR EVENTS

Planning a special event? We also offer custom designs for bulk orders.

Custom event orders are subject to minimum quantities.

A quote will be provided before the order is confirmed.

Custom orders require full approval of the final design before production begins.

Please review all spelling, dates, Bible verses, names, and other personalized information carefully before approving your design.

Once a custom design has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

CUSTOM EVENT INQUIRIES

For custom event orders, please provide:

Preferred colors
Bible verse, message, or event theme
Date you need the order delivered

We recommend placing custom orders as early as possible to allow sufficient time for design approval and production.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required before wholesale or custom orders are processed.

Orders will not enter production or fulfillment until payment has been received and, when applicable, the final design has been approved.

PROCESSING TIME

Wholesale and custom orders may require additional processing time depending on product availability, quantity, and customization.

Estimated processing and delivery times will be provided before your order is confirmed.

Rush orders may not always be available.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are not included in wholesale pricing and will be calculated based on the size, weight, quantity, and destination of the order.

The customer or retailer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

All wholesale and custom orders are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless there is an error on our part or an item arrives damaged or defective.

Because custom products are created specifically for your event or organization, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing changes, incorrect information submitted by the customer, or a change of mind after production has begun.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

PRODUCT & BRAND GUIDELINES

Wholesale partners may resell our original finished products through their approved retail store, website, or social media platforms.

Our original products, designs, photographs, logos, artwork, and branding may not be copied, reproduced, altered, or used to manufacture similar products without permission.

Wholesale purchases are for resale of the original finished products only.

Custom designs created specifically for an organization or event are intended only for the approved order and intended use.
