At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is an issue caused by us.
A refund or replacement may be provided if:
- You received the wrong item.
- You received the wrong size or color from what you ordered.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective due to an issue with the product or fulfillment.
- There was an error on our part while preparing your order.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your package. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item so we can review your request.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size or color.
- Change of mind.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
- Packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier, unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
If we determine that the issue was caused by us, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
